Recovery is possible for all of us! And I believe that with the unconditional love and support from other mamas we can do it together!

Mamas in recovery began as a deeply personal project, fueled by the understanding that mothers in recovery need a dedicated space for support and inspiration. My mission is to empower moms to achieve and maintain sobriety, helping them build stronger, healthier relationships with their children. We believe in the strength of community and the power of shared experiences to show every mama that recovery is not just a dream, but a beautiful reality waiting to unfold.

My name is Cortney I'm a 37 year old mom of 3(2 living) children. my sobriety date is 10/10/22. Alcohol was my drug of choice. Alcohol was always a part of my life in high school on the weekends. It became more frequent in a way to hide behind my abusive relationship, the passing of my daughter and the mental health and depression that was deep within.
